Shipping & Returns
All US orders over $100 will receive Free Shipping. Under $100 is a $6.95 flat rate. Tracking information will be provided via email to the customer at the time the order has been completed. We process and ships orders Wednesday through Saturday. We do not ship internationally.
FREE LOCAL PICKUP: (Faulkton, SD and Warner/Aberdeen Area, SD)
You will be notified via text message when your items are available for pickup at The Shops location in Faulkton. Pickups are available during regular store hours. If you would like Aberdeen pickup, please email firstname.lastname@example.org after your purchase to make arrangements.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages of any kind regardless of the circumstances. Please contact your local post office. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at the customer expense.
Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items. It is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment. Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and a copy of the invoice. Items must be free of stains, smoke, pet hair or they will not be accepted and you will be charged re-shipping fees.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you believe you have received damaged or defective merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Please email a picture of the damaged/defective item to email@example.com.
