I only paid close attention after I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. I was floored that my go-to beef bouillon wasn't gluten-free! I was shocked to realize how unhealthy the ingredients were—so many chemicals, fillers, and natural flavors. I didn't set out to create a beef bouillon; it happened more as an accident.
